CHEMICALS.We have come a long way when we look at the humble beginning.Our story is a humble achievement spread over a decade.It is all started from the sractch when the founder Hakim Abul Kalam Azad setup a small cottage industry in 1985 with only one product SHEFE-E-HAYAT.The road to success was uphill & lonely. Lonely because the entire entrepreneurship was being handled by one determined man-the founder.A complete one man show to its core.He single handedly manufactured & marketed his 1st product-SHEFA-E-HAYAT.

Under the humble guidance of the Founder & Managing Director ,Hakim Abul Kalam Azad,the Company has been scaling new heights of success.The Company is proudly engaged in manufacturing,supplying &exporting of versatile unani herbal medicine products.

  Research & Development

  Research & Development (R&D) Division of A.K.A. CHEMICALS PVT.LTD. consists of a team of Experienced Unani Physicians, Pharmacists, Chemists and Botanists which work as the back bone of new product Developments and Standardisation of Conventional Products. R & D Division of A.K.A. CHEMICALS PVT.LTD. is pioneers in several innovative activities in Unani Medicinal field. R & D Division offers Industrial training facility for Pharmacy Students.
  

  Our Departments

• Production / Manufacturing
  The liquid manufacturing tanks have a huge capacity. The steam and vacuum around these jacketed tanks speed up the entire process and ensure consistency. Before transferring to the storage vessel, the liquids are passed through specially designed zero holds up filter press to ensure clear liquid, free from all impurities. Tablet & Capsule manufacturing unit has capsules filled with high-speed machinery to ensure quick delivery to the market.
  
• Packaging
  The machines for filling, sealing, labeling & Batch printing are all planned and programmed to give this kind of a high output. Skilled operation ensures the best quality of blister strips for the capsules and tablets.
  Before final packing, the strips are checked and tested for leakage as per set quality parameters. Quality Assurance plays its role everywhere and ensures a quality product to the consumer.
  
• Quality Control
  All our Q.C activities and equipments are fully supported by approved GMP documentation procedures. Company possesses a well-equipped QC laboratory having a lot of modern & sophisticated scientific instruments.
  
• Microbiology
  Our R&D follows standard protocols for microbial analysis including pathogens. We have different cultures for bacteria, fungi & pathogens. The following tests are routinely conducted in our laboratory:
  1) Total microbial count.
  2) Total fungal count.
  3) Pathogen testing.
  4) Effectiveness of preservatives for reduction of  bioburden.
